Anoma Foundation plans to create independent blockchain for Namada protocol

According to Foresight News, Namada co-founder Awa Sun Yin revealed at KBW 2023 that the Anoma Foundation plans to create an independent blockchain for the Namada protocol, extending its privacy transaction features to any applications built on the network. Namada allows users to transfer assets from Ethereum or Cosmos networks without revealing their addresses or other on-chain footprints.

Foresight News previously reported that the Anoma Foundation announced in May that it had completed a $25 million financing round led by CMCC Global.
